Yonah Lyimo is a highly experienced professional driver with over 30 years in the transport sector, including more than 15 years of dedicated service at the Foundation for Civil Society. He has operated both manual and automatic vehicles across nearly all regions of Tanzania, demonstrating strong route knowledge, a clean safety record, and reliable performance in diverse terrains.
Trained at the National Institute of Transport (NIT) with an Advanced Driver’s Certificate – Grade One, Yonah is skilled in defensive driving, vehicle safety, and basic maintenance. Known for his professionalism, punctuality, and teamwork, he consistently goes beyond assigned duties to support organizational goals, contributing to a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment.
