Rosetta Stone Initiative
Finding a common language for Corporates and Civil Society.
Goal of Rosetta Stone
To lead Tanzania’s sustainability transformation by catalyzing meaningful collaboration between Private Sector actors and Civil Society Organizations
This project is anchored in four objectives:

Our Approach
Rosetta Stone Initiative is structured around a human centered design process that actively involves stakeholders ,Corporates, CSOs, Regulators, and Development partners in shaping effective approaches. This will include empathy-mapping and interviews to capture the needs and motivations of both corporates and CSOs, ideation workshops to co-create a practical ESG reporting framework, and prototyping sessions to test usability with real-world stakeholders. By grounding the process in lived experiences and collaborative problem-solving, Phase 1 ensures that the resulting tools and frameworks are not only technically sound, but also trusted, user-friendly, and scalable for long-term adoption.
