Alice Zayumba

Alice Zayumba is a human resources and operations specialist dedicated to building resilient organizations through people, processes, and adaptability. With a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Dar es Salaam, she brings expertise in human resource management, organizational development, and operational efficiency.

Before joining the Foundation for Civil Society, Alice was a Tutorial Assistant at the University of Dar es Salaam, where she taught governance, public policy, and organizational development. This experience deepened her understanding of civil society organizations and their role in driving meaningful change.
